Contact us

Welcome to my shop! I hope that you will enjoy wearing my jewelry as much as I enjoyed designing and making it. I am grateful that God has given me the opportunity to share something that I enjoy so much. I make many of the stone cabochons, lampwork glass beads and fused glass that you will see in my work myself. The metal work is all designed and made by me. I am always happy to answer any questions.

Payment is expected the day of purchase.

Refunds, returns & exchanges

****A Word About COLOR*** I try very hard to accurately represent my product through photographs and descriptions. I want you to be completely happy with your purchase! A lot of people don't realize that the color of the image can vary widely form one computer monitor to another. What looks pink on one computer can be red or orange on another computer etc. If the exact color of the item is very important to you and your are unable to determine the shade through my description please contact me and I will give you as much detail about the color as I can.

I will accept returns within 14 days of the receipt of the item. If an item breaks I will be happy to repair it for you. Refunds are issued when I receive the item in its original condition. If an item arrives to you broken and non-repairable I will be happy to replace it with a different item of the same value or give a refund, once the original item is returned to me. Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer, however I will ship the repaired or replaced item back to you at no extra charge.
